To buy a specific model of an American car you need to spend time on car exchanges and hope that with a little luck we will be able to bid the right vehicle. The positive information is that cars in the US are not the most expensive in the world. However, it is not enough to buy a car, because you still need to think about spare parts, which are often damaged.
